Investigation of Physiochemical Impact of Organic Molecule L-Lysine on Ammonium Dihydrogen Phosphate Single Crystal for Optoelectronics Applications

Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) single crystals along with the incorporated 0.5 and 1% L-lysine, an organic molecule which possesses a good nonlinear response, were grown vision to meet requirements of optoelectronic industry. The inclusion L-lysine in crystal was confirmed by XRD EDX. experiment not only confirms level impurity but also capability amino acid bond hydrogen within facet. A minor decrease lattice parameters reported for all ADP: compared pure ADP. structures identified as tetragonal space group I42d single-crystal analysis. Vibrational signatures functional groups using FTIR spectroscopy. thermal stability decomposition temperatures L-lysine-added measured TG/DTA found be 203 °C 207 °C, respectively.
